1. Membership - Open to all students upon registration with a fee of ?3000 for non-residents and ?1000 for residents. Active participation is expected.
2. Discipline and Conduct - Members must maintain discipline, focus, and sportsmanship during all games and activities. Misconduct may lead to removal.
3. Participation - Members are expected to attend practice sessions, matches, and tournaments regularly.
4. Equipment Usage - Pool tables, cues, and accessories must be handled responsibly. Damage due to negligence may be chargeable.
5. Fair Play - All matches and competitions must be conducted with honesty and respect for opponents and rules.
6. General - Decisions by the faculty coordinators and club leadership will be final. All university rules apply.
