| Day Boarding Students whose parents stay in Dehradun or those who may choose to stay outside the campus hostel, will need to avail day boarding facility which includes lunch on all working days and cross subsidised transport at prefixed timing of day & on late evening scheduled class at 7:30 PM till Ballupur, upto 7 days in a year dormitory bed at college dormitory (subject to availability on first come first basis) with all meals on the day of stay. |

Note:
All charges are applicable for the year 2026-27 only. Prices may be revised each year as per the prevailing market condition, change in tax structure, inflation etc. Hostel charges are payable to the respective owners of the property. All hostel accommodation is valid till 30th May 2027 or 1 Day prior to the start and 3 Days after the closure of academic year/last exams, whichever is earlier. The above charges are for a maximum period of 10 months (Residency & Food). Any extended stay because of postponement of exams will be charged on prorate basis of the type of room occupied and mess charges. However, in case of extension for next year, students may be allowed (to keep their belongings in store) but will have to clear rooms for regular maintenance & usage for summer program. No student will be allowed to stay in the residency during a vacation period of more than 15 days. Annual norm as a contract for full year stay. No refund is permitted for premature withdrawal. Rooms are subject to availability on the day of full payment of first installment of Room charge, no allocation will be done on partial payments.
Refund Policy
There will be no refund of Accommodation charges in any of reasons except in cases of rustication from the University. In case of suspension or voluntarily refund, or withdrawal no refunds will be given in the middle of the year. In case student leaves the university permanently, Food Charges paid in advance will be refunded on the prorate basis of 10 months charges.
Day Boarding is mandatory for BBA / BBA+MBA / MBA / B.Tech / B.Tech+MBA / Integrated Law / B.Com programs
