Social Welfare Club

Introduction

The Social Welfare Club of DBS Global University has been one of the most active and impactful student-led organizations on campus. Since its inception, the club has worked with a clear purpose—to bring positive change in society while nurturing a sense of responsibility among students.

Over time, the club has grown both in size and influence, attracting passionate individuals who are committed to social service and community development. Initially starting with small initiatives such as campus cleanliness drives and donation campaigns, the club gradually expanded its scope.

Today, it organizes large-scale events including community outreach programs, awareness campaigns, charity fundraisers, and collaborations with NGOs. The increasing participation of students and faculty reflects the trust and recognition the club has earned within the university.

I am really thankful towards our college and placement cell, for supporting and providing us opportunities to learn interview skills, communication skills and guiding us in placements. The staff was supportive and informed us with enough notice regarding every placement drive.

It is a great experience being at DBSGU. Our CDC department has helped a lot during the process of placement. They make sure that each student is well prepared for the interview.
