Day Boarding

Students whose parents stay in Dehradun or those who may choose to stay outside the campus hostel, will need to avail day boarding facility which includes lunch on all working days and cross subsidised transport at prefixed timing of day & on late evening scheduled class at 7:30 PM till Ballupur, upto 7 days in a year dormitory bed at college dormitory (subject to availability on first come first basis) with all meals on the day of stay (For undergraduate programs, day boading facility is applicable for first two years and for postgraduate programs, day boarding facility is applicable for first year only)

This transport facility is available on prefixed timing & prefixed destination and does not guarantee availability of vehicle for non routine timings/destination.
The institute does not guarantee availability of vehicles when the number of students availing the facility of changed timings/destination is less than 30.
All Charges are for the session 2026-27 only. Prices may be revised each year.
The bus charges for Day Boarder Students are included in Day Boarding charges, students need to apply for a bus pass from the transport.

Note - Students can avail a facility for up to 31st Jan 2027 or last exam of odd semester whichever is earlier by paying 60% of the yearly fee for transport charges as mentioned above.
