Introduction
The Dance Club at DBS Global University is a vibrant space where rhythm, creativity, and expression come alive. It welcomes students of all skill levels, from beginners exploring movement for the first time to advanced dancers refining their technique. The club celebrates diversity in dance, covering styles from classical and contemporary to hip-hop, freestyle, and cultural forms.
Members not only learn choreography but also develop confidence, stage presence, and teamwork through performances and collaborative projects. The club encourages experimentation, creativity, and self-expression, providing students with a platform to showcase their talents during cultural events, inter-college competitions, and campus festivals. Beyond dance, it nurtures discipline, resilience, and a sense of belonging among participants.

Ms. Gunjan Popli
Ms. Gunjan, an accomplished academic and dedicated mentor, serves as the esteemed Patron of the DGU Dance Club. With a strong background in education and leadership, she has been instrumental in organizing cultural events such as Dahi Handi Competition, Freshers’ Party, Interclass Online Group Dance Competitions, Dandiya Night, and Flash Mobs. Her unwavering encouragement and support inspire students to actively participate in dance and cultural activities, fostering creativity and teamwork. As a passionate advocate for student engagement, Ms. Gunjan continues to shape the club into a vibrant and inclusive space for artistic expression.
