The DBS Music Club is a vibrant community of singers, instrumentalists, producers, and music lovers who believe that campus life is incomplete without rhythm and melody.

Mr. Sachin Bisht
Mr. Bisht's passion for theatre blossomed at an early age, and since then, he has been an active participant in various prestigious drama festivals and events. Notably, he showcased his prowess at the Bharat Rang Mahotsav organized by the esteemed National School of Drama in 2016 and further impressed audiences at Sahitya Kala Parishad in 2017 and Betla Mahotsav in Jharkhand in 2018. His creative vision and expertise shone brightly during the Mimesis solo theatre festival organized by Sansaptak. Apart from his stage presence, Sachin is also an exceptional director, having successfully directed 20 full-length stage plays. Sachin's dedication to promoting the arts is evident through his role as a workshop conductor and facilitator. He has conducted various engaging workshops for institutions such as the National Gallery of Modern Arts in Delhi, Balashram in Virat Nagar, Rajasthan, and even conducted the “Mind’s Eye” workshop for kids, inspiring young minds to explore the world of creativity and imagination.
Dr. Uday Acharya
- 1. Membership - Open to all students upon registration with a fee of ?3000 for non-residents and ?2000 for residents. Active participation is expected.
- 2. Discipline and Conduct - Members must maintain respectful behavior during rehearsals and performances. Misconduct may lead to removal.
- 3. Participation - Members are expected to attend practice sessions, jam sessions, and club events regularly.
- 4. Equipment Usage - All instruments and equipment must be handled responsibly. Any damage due to negligence may be chargeable.
- 5. Performance and Representation - Selected members must represent the university with commitment and professionalism in events and competitions.
- 6. General - Decisions by the faculty coordinators and club leadership will be final. All university rules apply.

Vishal Pratap Singh
As Event Coordinator, I was handling stage flow during Battle of Bands, making sure each performance transitioned smoothly without breaking the energy. It really sharpened my sense of timing and showed me how much the audience experience depends on what happens between the acts

As part of event support, I was involved in setting up and managing performances during jamming sessions and music nights, making sure everything ran smoothly on the ground. It pushed me to stay quick on my feet and be dependable, especially when multiple things needed attention at the same time.

As Joint Secretary, I was supporting coordination across events and making sure communication between teams stayed clear. It helped me become more organised and step in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

As Content Manager, I was working on capturing performances and turning them into content that people would actually stop and watch. It pushed me to be more creative and think about how we present the club beyond just the events.
Ritham Bardhan
As Secretary, I was managing artist lineups and coordinating performances during Musical Night, especially when multiple acts had to be adjusted in real time. That’s when you realise how much planning goes behind a smooth show and how quickly things can shift if you are not on top of it
