The Career Development Cell prepares students for placements through clear direction and continuous practice. Students go through multiple hiring simulations before facing actual recruiters and learn how to build strong CVs, handle group discussions, and perform in interviews through mock sessions with detailed panel feedback from CDC mentors. Training is continuous, with repeated practice, focused correction, and improvement in every session. Students also interact with industry top leaders and recruiters to understand what companies expect and how to meet those expectations.
Each student is guided based on their strengths, with focused support to prepare for specific roles. With access to 350+ recruiters across Finance, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain and HR, students get multiple opportunities to apply, improve, and secure roles they are prepared for.
