CDC provides counseling and career decision support, emphasizing career development as a lifelong process. The cell organizes special workshops to prepare the students for the selection process. All students are profiled as per their strengths and weaknesses and a specific career guidance plan is prepared for each student that gives insights into professions and industry segment most appropriate to their nature and capabilities. Students are also provided additional training for specific industry sectors.

Corporate visits, industry professionals and other subject experts are regularly called by the career development cell to interact with students and deliver talks on the current developments. The CDC also helps students in locating summer placement. The industry experts and in-house consultants do a mapping of every student and encourage them to choose career suitable for his/her personality.

CDC is voluntary contributory membership club of students managed by the CDC managing committee having the students and faculty representative on board. Students who look forward for placement support in the campus may become its members. However once a member they have to comply with all attendance and compliance norms of the cell.

AtDBS Global University, students get the opportunity to pursue international internships in Singapore. These internships offer real global industry exposure, hands-on experience, and the chance to work in a dynamic international environment.

During the internship, boarding and lodging arrangements are facilitated, and students also receive a stipend to support their stay.
