Nukkad Natak (Street Plays)

Nukkad Natak brought theatre out of the stage and into open public spaces, making performances more direct and engaging. These street plays focused on social issues, using powerful storytelling and expressive acting to connect with the audience instantly. The raw and energetic format made every performance impactful and relatable.

Performing in public spaces also helped participants build confidence and adaptability. With no formal stage or controlled environment, actors learned to engage audiences, handle distractions, and deliver strong messages effectively. It made theatre more interactive, meaningful, and socially relevant.
