Dr. Gaurav Chand Ramola is a researcher and academic specializing in Forestry (forest entomology, biodiversity, and forest ecosystem managements) and Entomology. He completed his Ph.D. in Forestry from the Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Forestry at DBS Global University, Dehradun. His research focuses on forest insect ecology, pest management, biodiversity conservation, and the dynamics of Himalayan forest ecosystems. He has published numerous research papers in national and international journals and has contributed to books and scientific publications related to forestry and environmental science. His work emphasizes sustainable forest management and the ecological significance of Himalayan forests
