CS Neha Rastogi is an Assistant Professor of Finance at DBS Global University, Dehradun with 10 years of diversified professional experience and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With expertise in Finance, Law, Sustainability, and Artificial Intelligence, she combines academic excellence with industry experience as a former Company Secretary at Windlas Biotech Limited.

A Ph.D. scholar in Finance (final submission, 2026), she holds an LLB and B.Com from DAV (PG) College, Dehradun. She has published research with IEEE and Springer, contributed book chapters on Corporate Governance and Sustainability, and holds a patent in IoT-enabled smart wearable technology.
