She has been responsible for overall personality development and soft skills enhancement of students. Apart from teaching she has been coaching young bankers (Axis Bank in collaboration with Amity Global Business School), Union Bank for 7 years and has been awarded with certificate of appreciation by Axis bank. She has also given training of effective communication skills and team building to government officials in Uttarakhand state elections. She has also presented papers in few National and International seminars and conferences and have attended various FDPs.
