Two Day Management Development Program (MDP) on Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Skills
Empowering Leaders with Emotional Intelligence!
DBS Global University, Dehradun, successfully conducted a Two-Day Management Development Program (MDP) on “Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Skills”in collaboration with PTCUL, Dehradun, on 15–16 April 2025.
55 participants attended the program.
Held at the PTCUL premises, the program brought together professionals across managerial levels to enhance their self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication—core competencies for modern leadership.
