Introduction

The FDQ (Fit Don’t Quit) Club is a student-led fitness community dedicated to promoting health, discipline, and consistency as essential aspects of everyday life. The club serves as a platform where students actively engage in structured fitness challenges, competitions, and awareness initiatives.

FDQ believes that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about mental resilience and self-discipline. The following rules shall govern the functioning of the Fit Don't Quit Club:

  • 1. All members must maintain discipline and respect within the club
  • 2. Participation in events and challenges must follow the given guidelines
  • 3. Any form of misconduct, unfair practices, or cheating during challenges will lead to disqualification
  • 4. Members are expected to support and motivate fellow participants
  • 5. Proper sportsmanship and teamwork must be maintained at all times
  • 6. Attendance and active participation are encouraged for core members.
  • 7. The decisions of the organizing committee will be final in all matters
